Heartland Hall

Heartland Hall is a special place and unique in that we are on 58 acres and we overlook a heart-shaped pond. Heartland Hall is only 2.5 miles from the Bedford Exit of the Pennsylvania Turnpike on Business 220; approximately 1 mile from the Cessna exit of I-99.

We will offer personal attention to ensure your perfect event; from a cozy family gathering, intimate wedding, weekly meeting, corporate retreat to a national tradeshow.

Heartland Hall is separated into three sections which can be opened up according to the need of the event. More than one event can take place at the same time.

The rooms are finished with white crown molding, chair rails and baseboards which wrap around the entire facility. The elegant detailing frames the sunshine yellow Foyer and hallway, complimenting the lovely colors and decor.

Two kitchens are available for your choice of caterer to utilize. Or we can arrange the catering services for you. Whatever your desire may be, The Heartland Hall will accommodate you!

Full Bar Accommodations are available as well.

The Showcase Hall

The Showcase Hall is a spectacular room providing a full stage, lights and sound system to accommodate theater groups, recitals, music groups and bands for elegant events, or an open stage for professional seminars using visual displays on our motorized screen. A beautiful granite bar is situated conveniently against the far wall. It will seat 280 guests theater style, 368 at rectangular tables, or 240 at round tables. The Showcase Hall can be opened up into the Crystal Room to the north.

The Crystal Room is an elegant room featuring the spectacular five-foot diameter crystal chandelier. It can seat 160 guests theater style for seminars/teaching, or 176 guests at rectangular tables, 120 guests at round tables, for breakfasts, luncheons or dinners of all occasion. The Crystal Room can be opened up into the Showcase Hall to the south, or into the Garden Room to the north.

The Garden Room

The Garden Room is a charming room with windows along the North wall, which overlook our Royal Patio. It, too, has a beautiful granite bar along the back wall. It can seat 164 of your guests theater style for seminars/teaching, 136 guests at rectangular tables, or 96 guests at round tables, for meals or snacks of any sort. The Garden Room can be opened up into the Crystal Room.

The entire Heartland Hall can be fully opened to accommodate 700 of your guests in theater style seating, 680 guests at rectangular tables, or 456 guests at round tables. You will then have the services of two beautiful granite bars, a full stage with sound system and lights, the breathtaking five-foot diameter crystal chandelier, in addition to the peaceful and charming view out of the north windows overlooking the Royal Patio.

The Royal Patio will provide cascading flowers and plantings, offering the natural beauty of the out-of-doors. Tents and/or canopies can be obtained through arrangements made with your Event Manager. The Royal Patio comfortably seats 375 guests, or can be utilized as an area for appetizers and cocktails, leading into another room for additional space for continuing an event.

The sunshine yellow Foyer, decorated with Victorian Furnishings, can be used for appetizers, cocktails, or a registration area for the occasion. Your guests can then flow into the appropriate room for the completion of your event.

Please note that space required for your event's specific presentations like buffet tables, cake tables, area for a D.J., gift tables, head tables, registration areas, etc. will reduce the capacities listed below. Our staff will be delighted to assist you by providing capacities which include the space requirements for your event's custom setup.
